At Saint Henri Studios, we take immense pride in offering bespoke and limited-edition products crafted with the utmost care. Due to the unique nature of our items, we maintain strict guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds to protect the integrity of our work. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Because our products are often custom-made or part of exclusive collections, returns and exchanges are accepted only under specific conditions:  

1. Damaged or Defective Items:If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, you must notify us within 24hr of delivery to be eligible for a return or exchange.
2. Incorrect Item: If the item you receive differs from what you ordered (size, color, or product mismatch), please notify us within 24hrs of receipt.
3. Non-Custom Items: Only non-customized, non-bespoke items may be eligible for return or exchange. All custom or made-to-order products are "non-refundable" and "non-returnable" unless there is a manufacturing defect.

 


Conditions for Refunds

Refunds will be processed only under these conditions:  

1. Return Authorization Required: Customers must first contact us at support@houseofsainthenri.com for return approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.  
2. Product Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of wear or damage caused by improper handling by the customer will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.  
3. Timeframe: The return package must be postmarked within 2 days of receiving the return authorization.  


Refund Process


1. Inspection Period: Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo inspection to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. This may take up to 5 business days.  
2.  Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow  5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.  
3. Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns unrelated to damage or defect, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

 

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our brand’s exclusivity and quality, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:  
- Custom or made-to-order products (including bespoke artwork and home goods)  
- Limited edition collections  
- Gift cards or store credits  
- Final sale items  


 

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect items. The original item must be returned within 2 days of authorization, and the exchange will be processed upon receiving and inspecting the item. Availability of replacements may vary due to the limited-edition nature of our products.  


Damaged or Lost Items in Transit


We ensure that all products are carefully inspected and packaged before shipment. If your item is lost or damaged in transit, please notify us immediately and file a claim with the shipping carrier. We will assist you in the claims process but are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party carriers.


Dispute Resolutionz

In the unlikely event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through informal negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party is responsible for their own legal fees, and the arbitration decision will be final and binding.  


Limitations of Liability

- Saint Henri Studios is not responsible for damages, losses, or delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.  
- We are not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase or use of our products.  
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for products shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
