Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with House of Saint Henri. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered from www.HouseofSaintHenri.com By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.  


1. Order Processing Time

In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock items will be processed within 2-5 business days.  
- Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Custom, bespoke, and limited-edition products require additional time for production. Please allow 2-8 weeks for processing before shipment, unless otherwise specified in the product description.  
-Holidays and Peak Times: Processing times may be extended during holidays or high-demand periods. We will notify customers of any delays.  


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time 

We partner with reputable carriers such as  UPS, FedEx, and DHL  for domestic and international shipping. The estimated delivery times are:  

Domestic (USA):  
  - Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days  
  - Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days  
International:
  - Standard International Shipping: 10-21 business days  
  - Expedited International Shipping: 5-10 business days  

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays.


3. Shipping Costs

- Domestic Shipping: Shipping fees are calculated based on the product weight, size, and destination.  
- International Shipping: Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees associated with international orders.  
- Free Shipping Offers: Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions for qualifying orders. Free shipping applies only to eligible orders within the USA unless otherwise specified.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier’s website.  


5. Shipping Address Policy

- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer.  
- Address Changes: If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us at support@houseofsainthenri.com within 24 hours. Once an order has been shipped, address changes are not possible.  


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

-Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier immediately and file a claim. We are not liable for packages marked as delivered.  
- Stolen Packages: We recommend shipping to a secure location to avoid theft. House of Saint Henri is not responsible for stolen packages.  
- Damaged Packages: If your item arrives damaged, contact us at support@houseofsainthenri.com within 24 hrs of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.  


7. International Shipping Disclaimer

- Customs and Import Fees: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These fees are not included in our prices and must be paid upon arrival.  
- Customs Delays: Customs processing times vary by country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.  
- Restricted Items: Some products may not be eligible for shipment to certain countries due to legal restrictions. If your order cannot be shipped, we will notify you promptly and issue a refund.


8. Force Majeure

House of Saint Henri is not responsible for delays or failures in delivery due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or carrier service disruptions.


9. Failed Deliveries and Returned Packages

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, unclaimed package, or refusal to pay customs fees, the following options will apply:  
- Reshipping: We can reship the package after the customer pays for additional shipping costs.  
- Refund: A refund will be issued minus original shipping fees and any other applicable costs (excluding custom and bespoke items).
